Youth Ministry

Welcome to St. Ann’s Youth Ministry: 

EDGE – We meet on Wednesdays from 6:00-7:30 in the St. Ann’s Youth Activity Center. All 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are welcome to join. It’s great religious formation in a dynamic environment and small groups. Snacks are provided weekly by parents. A calendar is available on the EDGE page.

Life Teen  – We meet on Sundays beginning at 6:00 pm with Mass in the Church. Mass is followed by dinner and Life Night in the Youth Activity Center. Life Teen is part of the two-year preparation for Confirmation, usually 9th & 10th grades. A calendar is available on the LifeTeen page.

Order of Christian Initiation of Children – For children (7 years) and older who have not yet been baptized, or who need to receive their First Communion and Confirmation. Children who are enrolled in OCIC must also be enrolled in our Faith Formation classes as well. Parents must attend OCIC classes with their child. This is a 2-year process. Classes begin Sunday, September 8 from 1-2:30. Contact Jessica Hignojos at [email protected] for more information and registration. 

We also host:

High School Lunch – On Tuesdays during the school year from 12:30pm - 2:30pm, we offer lunch for High School students. We meet in the Youth Activity Center and all High School students are welcome!

Steubenville Youth Conference – More details, as well as registration information, will be coming soon. This is a conference that has at least 3,500 High School students in attendance, amazing music, and powerful speakers; truly a way to have a powerful experience! Highly Recommended.

Teen ACTS Retreat – The goal of the retreat is to allow teens an opportunity to focus on their faith and its application to their daily life, build purpose in the prayer life, increase their presence at the liturgy, and cultivate friendship among other members of their Church community. The retreat is open to those currently in High School.
